The Meta Sum ("We," "Our," "Us," or "Company") built the Sum Cloud POS mobile application ("App") as a subscription-based cloud point-of-sale (POS) service with a 7-day free trial. The App allows users to register and manage their stores, process sales, handle inventory, and perform other business operations.

This information is stored securely on our cloud servers and used solely to deliver the Service, manage subscriptions, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Subscriptions and Free Trial
The App is subscription-based with a 7-day free trial. Subscription payments are handled by third-party providers. We collect billing information only as necessary to manage your subscription.
Data Deletion and Account Management
You may request deletion of your account and all associated store data at any time, including upon subscription cancellation. Upon such request or at the end of your subscription (if not renewed), we will delete your personal and store data from our servers, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g., for financial records). Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for functionality, payments, analytics, and cloud storage. These may collect or process data as described in their policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics / Firebase (if used)

Log Data
In case of errors, we collect Log Data including IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, time/date of use, and other statistics via third-party services.

The App does not use cookies directly. However, third-party services may use equivalent technologies for authentication and analytics.
