Location Information
The App requires access to your device's GPS location to enable real-time delivery tracking and accurate route navigation for riders.
- Delivery Riders: Location is tracked in real-time while a delivery is active, allowing the system to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Customers: Your pickup and drop-off addresses are used solely to assign and route your delivery order.
We do not share any location data with third parties. Location information is used exclusively within our platform for the purpose of tracking and completing deliveries. Once a delivery is completed, real-time tracking data is no longer processed.
Background Location Access
For delivery riders, the App may access location data while running in the background. This is required to ensure continuous and uninterrupted delivery tracking during an active order. This access is only enabled when the rider has an active delivery assigned and is automatically paused when no delivery is in progress. Riders can manage location permissions at any time through their device settings.
Third-Party Services

Log Data
In the event of an error or crash in the App, we may collect technical log data through third-party diagnostic services.
